I wouldn't necessarily say that I have cravings yet....however there are certain things that I love to eat:
Apples....eat 1 a day
Milk........could drink it with every meal
Graham Crackers....what I usually eat for breakfast
Ice Cream
Caffeine Free Diet Coke....when I need something sweet to eat, this is a good sweet tooth fix
That is about it so far....
Luke and I are heading to the Twins game tonight. I am hoping that it doesn't rain. Tomorrow I have Sari's first dress fitting!!! I can't wait! Then we have our neighborhood block party and Sunday a shower for Sari. It will be a busy weekend, but fun things to do.
Enjoy your weekend friends and family!
Welcome to my life as it is...Here is where I will write my thoughts on life and where it takes Luke and I. Enjoy!

Black and Blue
So last night I jumped into bed and was not paying attention. I smacked my eye right on Luke’s elbow!!! I immediately started crying because it hurt so bad….well, it gets better people….then I couldn't stop crying!!! I was hysterical! I can’t remember the last time I cried so much. My poor husband, dealing with his pregnant over emotional wife. So needless to say my eyes are super puffy today from crying and I even have a black and blue mark on my left eye.
The funny part was my dog Hogan started going crazy when I was crying, he got all scared and was afraid of me…….hahaha! :)

The Joy we Feel!!!
We are excited we are having a girl……….but more excited than that, we are excited that this little girl is perfectly healthy!!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!!!
God is Good! That is something I am being taught over and over again.
Our ultrasound on Tuesday was an amazing experience. The sonogrpaher spent 50 minutes with us. He did a complete ultrasound and we found out that our baby girl is completely healthy! Mark, the Sonographer said that when he does an ultrasound he looks for 100 Major things and 300 Minor things that could be wrong with the baby. We are so grateful and thankful that God is giving us a healthy baby!
It was also very fun during the ultrasound because Mark predicted by measuring her femur bone, circumference of her head, the size she would be when she is born. He says that baby girl is measuring exactly on track for how many weeks/days I am. He said that he predicts baby will be 3 days late, meaning she will be due on Luke’s birthday, Oct. 21st. He said she would be 7 pounds 2 ounces and 20 ½ inches long. He also predicted that baby will be left-handed. She was holding onto the umbilical cord at the end of the ultrasound with her left hand. He said babies hold onto the umbilical cord because it pulsates and puts them to sleep.
So during the course of the ultrasound we saw baby’s bladder full at the beginning and then emptied out at the end! We were able to see a perfect spine and know that baby is a little girl!
Again the Joy we feel that we have a healthy baby is beyond what words can explain! All the glory be to God!!! God is good!!!
(also - fun fact....I am starting to feel baby girl move!!!)

Ribbons and Curls
Baby is a GIRL!!!!!!!!!! The sonographer was able to tell right away and was very sure! We couldn't be more excited. Now we just have to pray that she continues to grow into a healthy little girl!
Boy or Girl???
So today is the day! We are heading to my mom's clinic at 6pm to see if this little bean is going to be a Him or Her. I texted about 10 people last night to ask them what they think and the response was unanimous, Girl........so we will see. I will post tomorrow :)

Please pray for my Papa (Grandpa) Levin. He had eye surgery on Wednesday for Cataracts and he is having a lot of of trouble seeing....well he really can't see. The doctor gave him new drops that is supposed to help the swelling in his eye, but it hasn't yet. He is very down and sad. You can imagine how difficult it would be to all of a sudden not be able to see! So if you could keep him in your prayers, that would be great! Thank you!

I am feeling good in my 16th week of pregnancy!
This past weekend Luke and I had a progressive dinner with our neighborhood, breakfast with the Peterson family and then headed up to BBL (Big Big Lake AKA the Cabin) to get ready for the summer. Since my grandparents will no longer be at the cabin we cleaned out all of their old clothes, old junk, and expired cans of food dating back to 2003!!! GROSS!!! We went to church on Sunday and then did yard work and ended the weekend with a nummy BBQ. It was a jam packed weekend and I was exhausted at the end of it, but thankfully I am feeling great to do normal activities.
The difference in this pregnancy compared to the others is sleep....I am definitely not getting a lot of it! I feel like I sleep horribly all the time...not fun and it will just get worse. I guess it is just preparing me for a little one here soon.
Not much more of an update than that. I have an appt. this Friday with my OB and then we will decide when my next ultrasound will be.
Thank you for your continued prayers!

Our hearts our saddened with the news that Dale Sorbel passed away on Sunday, May 2nd, however we rejoice knowing he is at home in Heaven worshipping the Lord.
Luke and I grew up with Brandt and Steph Sorbel....We knew Dale pretty well. He would always be one to come over with a big smile and say Hi at church. We look forward to celebrating his life at the funeral on Thursday.
